How much will it cost to rent a dumpster?The cost will depend on the size of the dumpster selected. Our rentals are charged at a flat rate and include different allowances depending on the size selected. Follow this guide for Sizes & Pricing and details on weight limitations.

How long do I get to keep the dumpster?The rental period is 7 days. Additional days are billed at $10 per day (up to a maximum of 10 days from initial drop off). Need a long term rental? Not a problem! Contact us to get a quote based on your specific project (915) 487-9566.

Can the dumpster be picked up before the rental period ends?Sure! just give us a call and we will schedule your pick up.

What happens if I go over the weight limit?We have weight limitations to protect our staff and equipment. Once the dumpster is picked up, it is taken directly to the landfield where we receive a certified weight slip. If this exceeds the weight allowance you will be charged for the additional weight.

Can I put my dumpster on the street?Only if you have a permit from the city, otherwise it must be in your property.

Can the dumpster be overfilled?The dumpster must be filled within the weight allowances and material must not exceed the top of the container. Overloading the containers is very risky therefore the container must only be loaded to the specified maximum load (Sizes & Pricing), damage to the container or transportation equipment caused by overloading or misuse will be incurred by the customer.

What if I'm not ready when the dumpster arrives?You will be charged a $100 trip charge and we will need to reschedule your delivery for a different day.

What if I fill up my dumpster and need an empty one?Not a problem, just give us a call! We will pick up your full dumpster and bring you an empty one. A new dumpster rental fee will be charged depending on the size selected.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?You can change or cancel your order by calling us (915) 487 9566, at least 24 hours before delivery date. If you are within the last 24 hours any changes will result in a $150 fee.

Are there prohibited items?Although most items can be safely thrown away, the following items are some things NOT allowed in our dumpsters: Hazardous Waste (Pesticides, Asbestos, Solvents, Pool Chemicals or Fertilizers) Medical Waste or Medications TV’s Computer Monitors Fluorescent Light Bulbs Flammable Liquids Air Conditioners Paint Chemicals & Household Cleaners Anything with Gas, Oil or Freon Household Appliances Give us a call if you have questions about prohibited items! Can I use machinery to compact the load?No. We take pride in our equipment and do not allow them to be moved or smashed with any type or machinery. Hand loading only. When a dumpster is dropped off, it is inspected similar to the way a rental car would be. If we see you have caved in a side or beat up the dumpster you will be responsible for the repairs. These repairs can range from as low as $100 to a full replacement of $5000.

Do you offer live loads?Yes we do! Our rate is $75 per hour from the moment the driver arrives to the moment the driver is released.

What happens if it rains or snows, does this take from my weight allowance?"Yes. We are not responsible for weather or acts of God. You are 100% responsible of what goes into the dumpster while on your posession, including rain, snow, or items placed by a sneaky neighbor.

Are there any hidden fees or delivery fees?Nope. We strive to be transparent and simple. The only fees are for the dumpster size you choose and any weight or day overages.

When do I pay?You will pay for the rental in full when you book your dumpster. The payment must be made with a major credit card. Any overages of additional days will be charged accordingly.

How do you prevent surface damage from the dumpster?Our professional dumpster drivers will protect your driveway with wood to protect all four touch points. Asphalt driveways get softer in warm weather therefore Rhino Dumpster Rentals will not be responsible for damage to any private pavement, subsurface to lawn or route to which the dumpster is placed. Please note – Having your dumpster placed on grass can damage the lawn and even more so if the area is wet.

Do I need to be there for the delivery?No. As long as you give us good instructions or mark the area where you want it placed you do not need to be there.
